Size the scale so the normal operating point is well within the readable portion of the dial. Verify high- and low-side piping, equalisation/venting, condensate legs, pulsation, temperature and one-sided overload before installation. Case filling can improve pointer stability under vibration but does not replace correct impulse-line design.
