The CHUANYI PDS873 uses a remote diaphragm-seal system to isolate the sensing element from hot, corrosive, viscous or crystallisation-prone process media. It can be configured for pressure or level measurement where a conventional direct process connection is unsuitable.

Application guidance
Remote-seal performance depends on diaphragm diameter, capillary length and routing, fill fluid, elevation, ambient temperature and process temperature. Provide the complete installation geometry and both normal and upset conditions so the seal system can be sized as an assembly rather than as a standalone transmitter.
